Monmouth Academy of Ballet | Youth Curriculum

Welcome to the Youth Curriculum at Monmouth Academy of Ballet, where young dancers begin their classical ballet education in a nurturing, structured, and inspiring environment. Located in the heart of Red Bank, NJ, our prestigious academy is proud to be a leader of classical ballet training in Monmouth County.

Our Youth Curriculum includes:

• Creative Movement for 4 Year Olds: A joyful introduction to music, movement, and expression. Students develop motor skills, coordination, and confidence through imaginative play and foundational ballet elements.
• Pre-Primary: Dancers continue exploring movement while learning musicality, posture, and simple ballet vocabulary in a supportive and creative atmosphere.
• Primary: A structured yet engaging class where dancers begin to learn formal ballet technique and classroom etiquette.

All classes in our Youth Curriculum follow the Royal Academy of Dance (RAD) syllabus, the gold standard for safety and dance education world-wide, ensuring a consistent and developmentally appropriate progression. Our Pre-Primary and Primary dancers are participate in RAD Exams.
