TOMISLAV NEVISTIC / TEACHER
Tomislav Nevistic is from Zagreb, Croatia, where he began his training in the School of Contemporary Dance Ana Maletic, where he studied Laban technique, Release, and ballet. In 2015 he moved to New York to study at Alvin Ailey School. He got a two-year certificate and teaching certificate from Martha Graham School and he was performing with Graham 2 Company for two seasons. Currently, he is dancing with Ziel Dance Theater and Mare Nostrum Elements.
DR. JESSICA HARDY / TEACHER
Dr. Jessica Hardy relocated to Monmouth County from Connecticut after medical school to pursue her degree in clinical mental health counseling. She found Monmouth Academy of Ballet and began dancing with Miss Ellen and, after seven years, she has no plans to stop! Not only did she find top level instruction, she found community and life long friends. She currently works full time as a lifestyle medicine specialist with a longevity based medical practice in Manhattan and teaches our students dance conditioning, nutrition, and performance quality during the school year.
JENNA FALCONITE / TEACHER
Jenna Falconite began her dance training at the age of 3. She studied ballet under the Royal Academy of Dance
curriculum, and successfully completed several RAD exams. She has choreographed for and performed in musicals as a lead dancer. Jenna continued her education and dance training on both academic and dance scholarships at the University of South Carolina. She was selected to perform at the American College Dance Association southeastern conference, and participated in residencies with several companies, including Complexions Contemporary Ballet and the Bill T. Jones/Arnie Zane Company. Performance credits include The Nutcracker, Cinderella, Giselle, Raymonda, Swan Lake, Etudes, Les Sylphides and La Bayadere, along with many original ballet and contemporary works. Jenna graduated from the University of South Carolina Summa Cum Laude in 2024 with dual degrees in Dance Performance/Choreography with a concentration in ballet and Journalism/Mass Communications. She loves teaching ballet at MAB and dancing in their annual performances!
